The Week in Review...February 7-13

This week has been full of excitement and anticipation.  The world has been on edge waiting for the Vancouver 2010 Olympics and Fashion week to begin!  Four Elements Design has kept busy too.

I could not wait to post the pictures of the new bracelets I made.  They turned out so well.  We also have some fun new ideas in the work.  I am getting excited to try them out.

Even though the ground hog said six more weeks of winter, we are obsessed with spring.  The colours are bright.  The fabrics are light.  It brings about a renewed freshness.  F.E.D. has some fun things planned for spring so be sure to stay tuned.

I loved the feature with Wild Heather.  Her work is amazing.  I love her rings.  They are so femine.  We are looking forward to next week's feature with Paper Route.

Yesterday's Olympic opening ceremonies were stunning.  The world was watching and Canada did not disappoint.  The performances by Sarah McLachlan and Katie Lang were breathtaking.  The Olympic spirit was felt by all.  It is going to be an exciting two weeks.  Go CANADA Go!

On a side note, our thoughts and prayers go out to the friends and family of Nodar Kumaritashvili the luger who lost his life practicing for the Olympics.

Take Care,

F.E.D.
